Give the gift of a compassionate holiday - donate to Liberation BC's vegan food drive
Animals don't need to suffer to help people.
You can help people and animals at the same time by donating healthy vegan foods during Liberation BC's holiday food drive.
The Greater Vancouver Food Bank, which was established in 1982, feeds approximately 25,000 needy people every single week. On December 10 - 12th, we will be collecting non-perishable vegan foods for them.
Since this is a vegan food drive, we are asking that you not donate anything which contains meat, dairy, or eggs. Suggested items include canned vegetables, fruits, beans, and soups, as well as dried pastas. (For more information on veganism, please visit Vegan Outreach.)
If you have any questions about donating, please contact Glenn at glenn@liberationbc.org or by phone at 604-761-4497.
Between December 10th and 12th you can drop your donations off at Harvey McKinnon Associates, located at #330-1985 West Broadway in Vancouver (Broadway @ Maple). If you have trouble finding it, give Glenn a call.
Have food that you would like to donate but are unable to drop it off?
Give us a call and we'll make arrangements to pick it up.
During the holiday season let's make sure everyone gets the help they need.
